Senior Property Manager brings over 25 years of experience in commercial property management. Sheri has managed daily operations of major retail lifestyle centers such as Shops at Highland Village, Village on the Parkway and Preston Ridge. Previous affiliations include Regency Centers, Brixmor and Vista Property Company. She is proficient in acquisitions/dispositions, third-party management, contract preparation, CAM dispute resolution and collections with a strong focus on tenant relations.
NELI CASTILLO
Senior Property Manager has 30 years’ experience in the property management field that includes office, industrial, and retail properties. In her current role with Trinity Interests, Neli is responsible for the daily operation of each asset including tenant relations, financial operations, monthly reporting, and construction management. During her tenure, she is charged with multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing fast-paced professional office environments including daily supervision of the office, maintenance, and construction staff.
DONNA BLUMBERG
Senior Property Manager - Over 30 years experience in all facets of commercial property management including Senior Property Manager and Commercial Leasing Agent. In addition to her twenty year tenure with Trinity Interests, Ms. Blumberg has worked for numerous other firms concentrating her property management skills in all areas of the Metroplex. Her current focus with Trinity Interests is management of their retail portfolio.
