DONNA BLUMBERG
Senior Property Manager - Over 20 years experience in all facets of commercial property management including Senior Property Manager and Commercial Leasing Agent. In addition to her fifteen year tenure with Trinity Interests, Ms. Blumberg has worked for numerous other firms concentrating her property management skills in all areas of the Metroplex. Her current focus with Trinity Interests is management of their retail portfolio.
TIMOTHY MOOREHEAD
Senior Property Manager - Has over 15 years experience in diverse facets of commercial property management. Through his 11 year tenure with RPAI, Timothy managed the daily operations of both office and retail at Southlake Town Square, The Shops at Legacy, and additionally a big box portfolio totaling over 1.5 million square feet. Prior to that time, he was with the Taubman Company as General Manager for two iconic shopping centers. Before starting his business career, Timothy first served as a Captain in the United States Air Force.
MICHAEL "MICKEY" TROTTER
Senior Property Manager - Has 20 years experience in commercial property management with oversight in diverse property types in geographically diverse markets. Mickey has proven success in fiscal management focusing on expense control and revenue enhancement for property owners. His depth of experience is shown through his past affiliation with Dunhill Partners, Weber & Company, BH Properties, AmREIT/EDENS, Cypress Equities, and Greenway Investment Company. Prior to his property management career, Mickey served in the U.S. Peace Corps.
